We tested both the free and paid versions of the app, sending messages to other users over a period of several days – in total we sent more than 100 messages! If you’re looking for a dating app with great support, Gaper is not the one. I’ve tried to contact their customer service team several times and all I got was radio silence or unsatisfactory answers. It’s like they don’t even care about users’ issues!
I mean, sure there’s an FAQ page on their website but it doesn’t really help when your account gets hacked or something else goes wrong – which happens quite often in this day and age of online dating apps. So yeah…if fast response time and helpful customer service are important factors for choosing an online dating app then look elsewhere because Gaper just isn’t cutting it here – no matter how many bells & whistles come along as part of its package deal.
